And the Reds. And one of those teams will be playing in October.“It’s probably gonna come down to the last day,” outfielder Mike Yastrzemski said of the race last week.In fact, the competition has been so underwhelming, that multiple people within the Giants organization suggested that they wouldn’t count out the Padres, who had just taken them to town fo...Jeremy Piven – An Award-Winning Actor and Comedian

Jaime Mogollan, 40, of San Bruno, remains behind bars in lieu of $300,000 bail. During one incident in August, a 29-year-old Millbrae woman was wearing headphones and walking along Spur Trail. Surveillance cameras positioned at the trail's entrance showed Mogollan following the woman for three blocks, prosecutors said. Mogollan "came up behind her, pulled her pants down ... and grabbed her buttocks. He then reached between her legs," prosecutors wrote. The victim struggled to get away and fell to the ground. The assailant fled from the area on a mountain bicycle. A few days later, a 38-year-old woman was targeted on Poplar Avenue, investigators said. A bill to legalize psychedelics is on a trip to California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s office. On Thursday, the California Senate gave final approval to a bill legalizing certain psychedelics for people who are 21 or older. If Newsom signs the bill, it will go into effect in 2025 and make it legal to possess or grow plant-based psychedelics, including psychedelic mushrooms.Newsom has not said where he stands on the bill, but he has mostly been a critic against the war on drugs, having been a leading voice to legalize cannabis in California and reduce nonviolent offenses like drug crimes to misdemeanors rather than felonies.
